Pooltracker Refund/Credit Policy for Cancelled Tournaments or Seasons

Player Upgrade Fees:

• If a tournament or season is cancelled prior to any games being played, 100% of player upgrade fees will be credited to a future Pooltracker pool (there will be no refund available).
• If a tournament or season is cancelled after one (1) or more games have been played, but less than 50% of the scheduled games have been played, 50% of player upgrade fees will be credited to a future Pooltracker pool (there will be no refund available).
• If a tournament or season is cancelled after at least 50% of the scheduled games have been played, there will be no refund or credit available.

Private Label Setup fees:

• Once client has approved production to begin on a private label site, no refund or credit will be provided for private label setup fees.
